What Kanbina Lumina heard

RPS asked for four things, and one accountable owner to keep them moving alongside the sales team.

Source: Meeting with the VP, November 3, 2026

  1. 1Brand awareness
  2. 2Professional product literature
  3. 3A good website
  4. 4A strong presence at industry events

Chapter 2 of 6

Why this matters

A buyer may share a product sheet with an engineer, forward the website to a colleague, or revisit a presentation after an event. Each piece should explain what RPS offers and help the next person continue the conversation.

What the public record shows

  1. Estimated monthly search visits to the RPS website rose from 15 to about 266. (Sep 2025 to Oct 2026)

Publicly observedSemrush US traffic estimate · Read Nov 4, 2026
    What this suggests

More people appear to be looking RPS up. What they find next should explain the offer clearly and give them something to pass on.

  2. The website lists five product lines. Two are described in detail; no product sheets can be downloaded.

    What this suggests

Downloadable, approved product literature would give a buyer something to forward to an engineer or colleague.

  3. RPS was a Gold sponsor of the 2026 Permian Power Conference, with no RPS speaker on the published agenda.

Publicly observedThe Power Connection, 2026 conference page · Read Nov 3, 2026
    What this suggests

Prepared event materials could make a sponsorship more visible. Speaker selection rests with the organiser.

    Working hypothesisTo validate with RPS

RPS has room to grow in search: 266 visits against an average of 3,938.

Estimated monthly search visits to the RPS website rose from 15 to about 266 (Sep 2025 to Oct 2026). At least 252 of those 266 come from people who already know the RPS name.

RPS is younger and smaller than these companies, and Waukesha and INNIO are partners rather than competitors. Context, not a scorecard.

What RPS receives

Kanbina Lumina drafts, produces and coordinates every piece. RPS engineering reviews technical content, brand reviewers check brand use, and RPS gives final sign-off. The November work depends on the starting path (chapter 5). From December, both paths follow the same plan.

Definition used throughout

One complete product sales kit comprises a brochure up to 2 pages, a technical summary up to 2 pages, and a product presentation up to 6 slides.

  • Brochureup to 2 pages
  • Technical summaryup to 2 pages
  • Product presentationup to 6 slides

Technical summaries use approved engineering information supplied by RPS. Kanbina Lumina does not perform engineering, certification or equipment testing.

From no product sheets to download to 5 sales kits by April.

The website lists 5 product lines and describes 2 in detail. Each kit gives sales something to forward to an engineer or a purchasing lead.

One kit: brochure up to 2 pages, technical summary up to 2 pages, presentation up to 6 slides. Order of product lines to be agreed. Target schedule, subject to agreed scope, access, and timely technical and brand approvals.

January events. No event materials are planned for January. If a confirmed January event needs a presentation and leave-behind, that work takes about 13 hours and would use most of January's 16-hour contingency or move part of kit #2 into February. RPS makes that priority decision before the work is committed.

January launch gate

  • Approved technical and brand content
  • Working access and domain settings
  • Tested mobile, forms and downloads
  • RPS final sign-off

If required approvals are pending, the site stays in review and the timing is re-agreed.

Bespoke software and integrations are separate. Event materials start in February.

Chapter 5 of 6

Two November starts and the six-month roadmap

Two equal ways to start. Neither is recommended over the other: the choice is how much production RPS wants under way before December.

  • Path A

    Prepare first

    $4,200for November

Up to 28 hours, including coordination and reviews.

Set up access, approvals and priorities in November. Production begins in December.

    Proposed November scope

    • Access and approval map
    • Focused sales discovery
    • Light baseline using available RPS-supplied figures
    • Priority product brief
    • December work plan

Not a comprehensive audit or a full product kit. Where RPS figures are unavailable, the baseline names the gap instead of reporting a measurement.

  • Path B

    Prepare + start production

    $9,500for November

Up to 63 hours, including coordination and reviews.

The same preparation, plus the first production work in November.

    Proposed November scope

    • The same preparation foundation as Path A
    • Reusable product-sheet template
    • First priority product sheet submitted for technical review
    • Website page plan and initial copy

A product sheet is not a complete sales kit. The brochure, technical summary and presentation follow in December.

November output
Path A:Plans and a priority product brief. No production.
Path B:Plans plus a template, a first product sheet in technical review, and a website page plan with initial copy.
December (up to 63 hours)
Path A:Same scope as Path B. The template and page plan are built in December, so there is less schedule slack.
Path B:Same scope as Path A. Earlier production and more schedule flexibility. No extra deliverables.
January website target
Path A:Still the target. Prompt December approvals matter more.
Path B:Website planning starts in November, leaving more room before the January target.
Six-month total
Path A:$76,100 ($4,200 + $9,500 + 4 × $15,600)
Path B:$81,400 ($9,500 + $9,500 + 4 × $15,600)

Both starts converge in December

Current agency, separate line

About $7,000 in Nov 2026 and Dec 2026, about $14,000 over the same six months.

Totals exclude continuing agency fees and third-party costs. The agency line is an approximate figure with an assumed end in December.

Planning assumption requiring confirmationAgency fee and end date

Monthly cost peaks at $16,500 during the overlap. From January, there is one line.

Six months with both lines: Path A $90,100, Path B $95,400. Kanbina Lumina fees alone: $76,100 and $81,400. Third-party costs are separate.

  • Kanbina Lumina fee
  • Current agency (assumption)

Source: Proposed fee schedule, Kanbina Lumina, November 2026. Agency about $7,000 a month: planning assumption requiring confirmation. Mentioned in the meeting with the VP, November 3, 2026. Bars start at zero.

Capacity, including coordination and reviews: November up to 28 hours (Path A) or 63 hours (Path B); December up to 63 hours under either path; January–April up to 104 hours per month (January planning target: 88 planned plus 16 contingency).

If RPS's current agency continues through December at about $7,000 a month, RPS would pay both lines in November and December. Agency fees are a separate line and are not part of the Kanbina Lumina totals.

Planning assumption requiring confirmationApproximate figure mentioned in the meeting with the VP, November 3, 2026. Not checked against the agency agreement.

What RPS provides

  • One engineering contact for technical review
  • One consolidated feedback contact
  • A named approver for final sign-off
  • Technical data, approved claims, assets and usage permissions
  • Website, domain and account access in the first week

What RPS approves

  • Technical accuracy: RPS engineering
  • Brand use: RPS, with Waukesha Marketing and INNIO Communications where their brands appear
  • Publication and website launch: RPS final sign-off

Up to four 30-minute check-ins and one 45-minute planning meeting. Two consolidated review rounds per monthly asset set.

Agreement terms

All fees, scope and timing are proposed for discussion, not an accepted agreement. Payment, continuation and notice terms are to be agreed. There is no automatic extension beyond April 2027.

The next decision

Choose the November starting path, then confirm the priority product and the approval contacts. Kanbina Lumina then confirms the December work plan.
